Mountain Goat Trail

Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 5 h 35 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking, running, and walking! Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.
Fiery Gizzard Foster Falls

Experience this 12.5-mile point-to-point trail near Tracy City, Tennessee. The best times to visit this trail are March through November. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
Natural Bridge State Natural Area

Natural Bridge is a 25 feet high natural sandstone arch with a span of 50 feet that provides a scenic overlook of Lost Cove. There is a wet weather spring associated with a rock house located behind the natural bridge.
